The purpose is to outline the standard rules and regulations, per the state of Georgia, to shape the relationship between client and provider.
Cancellation & No-Show Policies
Time-Notice Requirements
- Royal Recovery Requires 24-hour Notice, for cancelling or rescheduling without penalty.
- If you purchase a package, please know that if you are more than 15 minutes late for a session, you will be asked to reschedule, this courtesy will only be extended the first time this happens. For your second packaged service, if you are more than 15 minutes late, you will be asked to reschedule, or you may elect to receive the time remaining in your service. Your session will end at the scheduled appointed time.
- No Call / no Show on any service, you will Not be extended the courtesy to reschedule, the service for that day will be considered Null & Void.
Emergencies & Illness
- We understand that emergencies and sudden illness happen. At the therapist discretion, service fees may be waived, At the providers discretion, you may receive the extended courtesy to reschedule.
Appropriate & Inappropriate Behavior
- Respectful communication with your therapist and other guest Required.
- Follow the providers guidance regarding draping, positioning, and treatment.
- Open communication about comfort, pressure levels, or areas of concern during your season.
Inappropriate Behavior
- Any sexual, suggestive, or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated.
- Arriving under the influence of drugs or alcohol is not permitted.
- Verbal abuse, harassment, or threats are not allowed.
Zero Tolerance Policy
Inappropriate conduct will result immediate client relationship termination of all future services. Refunds / Gift Card / nor a Credit will be issued. Future Appointment request will be declined.
Gratuity / My Standard gratuity
- My goal is to ensure quality and great value for your services.
Royal Packages & Gratuity
- Please understand, that the purchase of any package, Royal Facial Package, Royal Massage Package, Royal Prenatal Package, does not alleviate you of your responsibility to tip the provider the standard gratuity for each service in your package. For Example, if your package has three treatments, you would need to tip the provider for each appointment, ( IF you are pleased with the service ).
Groupon Gratuity
- Groupon Vouchers Are No Longer Excepted as payment. The provider may extend a compt / free service to you at the discretion of the said provider. Because the Groupon services are being compt / or being performed for free, potential Groupon client is required for my full standard in gratuity, no exceptions. If you are receiving a free 60 minute service / my gratuity is $20.
if your service is 90 minutes or longer, the gratuity is $30.
Gratuities are greatly appreciated, and show as a reflection of your satisfaction with the service received.
- A customary rate for a sixty minute basic massage service, typically, starts at $79, and customary gratuity ranges from 18%-25% of the full service fee and is typically added in at checkout.
I prefer not to add in at checkout.
I prefer to uphold an consistent, high quality and value to each service, while keeping the rates economically competitive to franchises.
- My gratuity is Not included in the service price, however my standard gratuity has always been minimum, $20 on a sixty minute treatment, and $30 on a service ninety minutes or longer.
I absolutely appreciate what you decide to provide, but however, if you can not reach my standard gratuity, please do your best to get close to my standard or consider rescheduling your service at a later date, until you are more comfortable with my standard.
Please understand that I say this with all do respect, and this is only education for some of my clients that may be new to spa treatments.
